Spotter is structured into four departments to provide our clients with 360º monitoring and analysis and ongoing support during all stages of your project.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Spotter is one of the pioneers in the development of crawling, harvesting, text mining and sentiment analysis technologies. Innovation is driven by constant ongoing investment as well as a strong team. Employing IT graduates, linguists and Ph.D.s in linguistic information technology, the R&D department develops software specifically for monitoring and for opinion analysis. The team also works closely with universities to develop metrics and algorithms.

MONITORING & ANALYSIS
This department is staffed by experts who all speak at least three languages and hold degrees in marketing, communications, linguistics, discourse analysis, sociology or other social sciences and who have international experience. This department ensures the set-up and correct functioning of the Spotter tools. It is organized with specific teams for each Spotter Solution: Reputation, Marketing, Risk, Competitive Intelligence, and with Project Managers and Senior Executives to manage our clients’ projects.

CLIENT SUPPORT
Our clients benefit from the support of their dedicated contact in this department. Available for you any time, Client Support is here to help you with any request you may have regarding your project. We also work with you to regularly review progress and whether there is a need to make any modifications, perhaps based on new issues in your sector or environment. The team acquires in-depth knowledge of your project, working closely with the Monitoring & Analysis department and the Business Development department, and also calling on the expertise of senior staff, specialized in the management of major accounts.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Senior figures who understand the particular needs of clients are the core of this department. They advise the other departments throughout the set-up and development of new client projects. This team is the one to contact to discuss your company monitoring and analysis project, and rely on to provide you with tailor made proposals and to ensure a smooth and quick launch. This team also participates in the Spotter Innovation Program by feeding clients’ requests and ideas for improvements into Spotter’s day-to-day work.
